Les détails complets ci-dessous sont en anglais. Posez-nous vos questions en français.

Lemosho can be climbed in six days, but eight is the length we recommend. The route starts in the remote western rainforest, crosses the whole Shira Plateau and circles the southern side of the mountain. You approach the summit from the east and come down by the Mweka trail.

The extra days on the Shira Plateau let your body adapt slowly, step by step. That makes the climb more enjoyable and gives you the best chance of standing on Uhuru Peak at sunrise.

  • Eight unhurried days — the best acclimatisation on Lemosho
  • Two nights on the Shira Plateau
  • The Barranco Wall and the southern glaciers
  • A high summit success rate
  • Group departures every month

Itinéraire: Moshi – Lemosho Gate – Big Tree Camp – Shira 1 – Shira 2 – Lava Tower – Barranco – Karanga – Barafu – Uhuru Peak – Mweka Gate
