Mont Meru 4 jours

Le Meru à un rythme doux : quatre jours à travers la forêt, le cratère et l’arête jusqu’à un sommet au lever du soleil face au Kilimandjaro.

Mount Meru, Tanzania’s second-highest mountain at 4,566 m, is a quieter alternative to Kilimanjaro — and a perfect warm-up for it. This four-day climb has a gentle pace through the savannah, rainforest, alpine meadows and ridges of Arusha National Park.

You reach Socialist Peak at sunrise, with the crater, the ash cone and Kilimanjaro in front of you. Nights are in mountain huts, and an armed ranger walks with your group.

  • A gentle four-day pace
  • Crater and ash cone views
  • Sunrise summit facing Kilimanjaro
  • Mountain huts — no tents needed
  • Wildlife on the lower slopes
